Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with international clients through phone, email, and chat
  • Provide detailed information regarding availability, pricing, and company services

  • Ensure seamless travel arrangements for high-profile clients
  • Proactively solve issues and deliver exceptional customer service experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken English is essential

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in hospitality management or customer communication, preferably in the hospitality, travel, logistics, or hotel management industries
