Coffee Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Barista to assist in the preparation and serving of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages. As a Seasonal Barista, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.

1. Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to established standards.
2. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
3. Operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the store, including tables, counters, and equipment.
5. Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks.
6. FOLLOW health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
8. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

1. Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required.
2. Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively with customers.
3. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
