  • Develop and execute product innovation strategies to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with stakeholders including Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.

  • Performance Monitoring:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product innovations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Innovation Management, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in product innovation, development, or a related role in the fintech, remittance, or financial services sector.

  • Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into successful products.

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and emerging trends in financial technology.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
