Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled DB Specialist to optimize our database for maximum efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the database is optimized for maximum performance and efficiency. This includes developing well-structured and optimized SQL queries that meet the requirements of our projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MS-SQL 2005 and be able to work efficiently with it. Experience in optimizing databases and data structures is essential for this role.

The candidate should be proficient in writing efficient SQL queries, indexing, stored procedures, and clustering. Additionally, experience in creating and managing SSIS packages is mandatory for this position.

The working conditions are normal for an office environment, but occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Database: Ensure the database is optimized for maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Create Optimized SQL Queries: Develop well-structured and optimized SQL queries that meet the requirements of our projects.
  • Designing DB Models: Design and implement robust and scalable database models that support our business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Knowledge of MS-SQL 2005: You should have hands-on experience with MS-SQL 2005 and be able to work efficiently with it.
  • DB Optimization and Data Structure Optimization: Experience in optimizing databases and data structures is essential for this role.
  • SQL Query Writing and Optimization, Indexing, Stored Procedures, Complete ER Diagram Command, Clustering: You should be proficient in writing efficient SQL queries, indexing, stored procedures, and clustering.
  • Experience with SSIS Packages: Experience in creating and managing SSIS packages is mandatory for this position.
  • Data Mining Experience: Experience in data mining would be an added advantage.
  • Production Environment Experience: Experience working in a production environment would be beneficial.
  • Stored Procedures: Proficiency in designing and implementing stored procedures is required.
