We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily affairs of the office and the workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise office staff and manage employees effectively.
  • Identify potential new clients and turn them into increased business opportunities.
  • Cold call within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

You will also be responsible for:

  1. Identifying potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
  2. Setting up meetings between client decision-makers and our practice leaders/principals.
  3. Developing proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to negotiate and persuade effectively, and present an image that mirrors that of the client.
