Job Description

The primary function of this role is to manage financial records, generate reports, and reconcile accounts.

This involves compiling monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial statements, including detailed reports on finished goods stock movement and physical stock reconciliation with Oracle inventory and accounts receivable systems.

An essential aspect of this role is the performance of monthly reconciliation of the General Ledger (GL) with sub-ledgers, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for creating monthly reports analyzing power cost per unit from various sources and comparing them against budgetary figures.

They will also manage records of investments and advances, calculate interest income on long-term advances, and facilitate communication with external auditors to ensure timely provision of data for audits.

A critical component of this role is the oversight of inter-unit sales reconciliation and the maintenance of physical records and scanning processes to ensure effective upkeep of both physical and digital records.
