The Senior HR Business Partner role is a strategic position that requires exceptional leadership skills and experience in human resources.
Job DescriptionThis senior-level role serves as a consultant to management, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues and acting as an employee champion and change agent. The Senior HRBP will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to formulate HR strategies that align with business objectives;
- Providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR topics, including talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations;
- Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies;
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues;
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees;
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management;
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards;
- Identifying training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs;
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred;
- Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role;
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues;
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results;
- Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills;
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals;
- Experience with HR software and tools;
