About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Pakistan and contribute to our mission to eradicate poverty and reduce inequalities through sustainable development. As a Project Analyst, you will work closely with our National Programme Manager to manage programme implementation, ensure quality delivery, and provide technical assistance to programme staff.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support the National Programme Manager in developing and implementing programme strategies, work plans, and financial plans.
  • Conduct regular programme monitoring and evaluation, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with programme staff, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Programme Manager, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Required Qualifications and Experience

">
  • Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in project management, development, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
