Job Description

In this Sales and Marketing Representative role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to clients in marketing and purchasing property.

You will need to determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them, and perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.

This role requires a high level of communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in determining their needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet clients' needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • MS Office familiarity.
  • Real estate agent's or broker's licence.
