We are seeking a Building Fire Safety Inspector to join our team at ELEVATE limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with building fire safety regulations and standards.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil, Industrial, or from a university recognized by the National Engineering Institute or equivalent international professional qualifications is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of design experience or experience in carrying out assessments of existing buildings and familiarity with key fire safety principles in industrial buildings is essential.
- Certifications in Fire prevention and protection and Fire Safety design from recognized institutes are also necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent inspection skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They will also be required to meet Key Performance Targets related to report turnaround time, report quality and management KPIs as per the annual goal setting.
Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with building fire safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of fire safety systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement fire safety plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of fire safety protocols.
