Job Title: Medical Billing Officer

We are looking for an entry-level employee to manage all aspects of medical billing and claims processing. Key responsibilities include handling patient queries, providing support in administrative and operational activities, answering telephone calls, organizing and filing documents, participating in projects, and supporting daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide support in various administrative activities including document organization and management.
  • Communication: Answer and direct telephone calls, handle patient queries via phone or email, and maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Project Participation: Participate in projects and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education and Skills: No prior experience is required. Basic computer skills are a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, good communication and organization skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
