Job Overview

As a senior web developer, you will be responsible for leading the technical buildout and ongoing development of our digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly websites using modern frameworks (React or Next.js). Your primary focus will be on building out RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs (e.g., Mailchimp, job board, Airtable, LinkedIn, YouTube/Podcast platforms). Additionally, you will implement user registration, profile features, and content publishing tools. You will also be responsible for creating basic CMS features for blog, newsletter, and updates, as well as developing and automating content pipelines for newsletters, social media posts, and podcast uploads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop robust, scalable APIs using Node.js or similar technologies.
  • Design and implement user interfaces using React or Next.js.
  • Integrate third-party services (e.g., Mailchimp, LinkedIn) into our platform.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Maintain and improve the performance of our digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React or Next.js).
  • Proficiency in backend languages (Node.js or similar).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
