Financial Planning Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience working on budgets and financial plans. As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting immediate supervisors in monitoring compliance with revenue and expense budget policies, preparing drafts of required improvements in policies and systems, and supporting DGM Budgets and MIS in maintaining liaison with departments to monitor financial continuity and accuracy.

  • Budget Analysis: Participate in analyzing actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, helping to bring out significant variances and extracting reports to compare actual to budgeted results.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed variance analysis reports of actuals against annual budget plans for costs, sales, collection targets, and general ledgers.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the consolidation of budgets for the organization, ensuring consistency in planned cash inflows and outflows, and helping to plan for achievement of overall financial goals.
