Job Title: Package Design Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled and creative Package Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually captivating packaging designs that meet the client's requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing package design concepts that are aligned with the client's brand identity and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure that designs meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Managing color accuracy and consistency in designs, particularly important for maintaining branding and visual identity.
  • Working closely with clients/ sales teams, and colleagues to understand project requirements, make revisions based on feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conducting thorough quality checks on printed materials to ensure that the final output meets the desired standards and specifications.
  • Infusing creativity and innovation into designs to make them stand out and engage the target audience effectively.
  • Understanding various printing techniques, paper types, and finishing options to optimize design for the printing process.
  • Meeting project deadlines and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.

 

Requirements:
  • Graduation in Applied Arts (Printing, Packaging & Publishing) or related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in pre-press operations in a large-scale printing and packaging industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in package design and development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
