Healthcare Sales and Management Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our commercial efforts. As Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for negotiating margins with pharmaceutical distributors and manufacturers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing franchise procurements.

Your primary goal will be to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and effective sales strategies. You will work closely with branch managers nationwide to stay up-to-date on retail pharmacy trends and suggest optimal product mixes based on store location and size.

In addition, you will analyze data to improve demand planning at the store level across the country. This role requires a deep understanding of the retail pharmacy industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

  • Negotiate Margin Deals: Collaborate with pharmaceutical distributors and manufacturers to secure margin agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Build Key Relationships: Foster strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and branch managers to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee Franchise Procurements: Manage the procurement process for franchises to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Analyze Data: Utilize data analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize product mix recommendations.
Requirements:

This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail pharmacy, with a proven track record of driving sales growth. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data sets.
