Job Title: Digital Product Delivery Lead

The Technical Project Manager is a customer-facing role that works directly with distinguished clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and product management teams to foster long-lasting relationships and exceed client expectations.

You'll engage with clients using project and product management skills to help them build products across multiple platforms and develop custom solutions utilizing agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide project meetings and client engagements to meet client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external project stakeholders to set and manage client expectations and timelines throughout the project.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates, maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring a seamless client journey.
  • Manage project timeline and scope to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Communicate complex information tactfully and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
  • Provide transparency to senior leadership and collaborate with design, development, and other product management teams.
  • Develop product roadmaps with external stakeholders.
  • Manage product development using software development best practices.
  • Gather requirements and document user stories.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Angular, Node.js, .Net, Python.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Software Project Management experience.
  • Experience working with offshore teams is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required.
  • SCRUM certification is advantageous.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Solid experience working with JIRA or other project management software.
  • Experience managing large corporate projects.
  • Experience building products across multiple platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with AWS and Azure is beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience with developing mobile apps (iOS, Android, both) is beneficial.
