Academic Leader

The Citizen Foundation invites applications for the position of Academic Leader, responsible for promoting excellence in teaching and learning throughout the organization. As the senior academic officer, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative educational programs and initiatives.

1. Monitoring classroom quality through lesson planners and formal/informal classroom observations.
2. Work on teacher quality through demo sessions and constant feedback.
3. Monitor student performance by re-checking student copies and test papers as per policy.
4. Organize, manage, and monitor co-curricular activities, timetable, assembly, periods, displays, library, and laboratories, use of academic resources, and performance of weak students.
