**Automotive Diagnostic Technician Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for examining and diagnosing vehicles to identify any issues or defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Examination and Diagnosis:** Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
• Effective Communication with Customers:** Develop good communication skills with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of the diagnosis and repair work required.
• Work Planning and Coordination:** Plan work procedures in cooperation with Team Leader & Manager Operations to ensure efficient workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Labor Time and Estimates:** Possess knowledge of labor time and estimates to provide accurate quotes to customers.
• Vehicle Inspection:** Examine the vehicle's complete body and frame structure to identify any damage or defects.
• Automotive Technological Systems:** Possess good knowledge regarding automotive technological systems to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

**Requirements:**

• Education:** Minimum education: Matric; Diploma/B-Tech in Automobile preferred.
• Experience:** Minimum three years' experience in the same field; five years preferred. Overseas experience will be preferred.
• Authorized Dealership Experience:** Preferred 3-4 years of working experience for any authorized dealership.
