We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing high-value software deals, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with qualified leads and conduct sales meetings to present solutions that match business objectives.
- Understand client needs and pain points to tailor software solutions.
- Handle the complete sales closing process — from proposal development to negotiation and contract signing.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure feasibility and value alignment.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- 2+ years of B2B sales closing experience, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of software products and SaaS models.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle objections, build trust, and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
