As a seasoned Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in testing and quality assurance with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, organize, and manage Test Automation Resources to streamline the testing process.
  • Develop, enhance, debug, and execute Test Cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Handle changes and conduct Regression Testing to identify potential issues early on.

Additional responsibilities include finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues, leveraging good understanding of SDLC and STLC principles, and effectively prioritizing assignments as well as unplanned issues.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/MS) with at least 10 years of relevant experience in testing/quality assurance of software products/applications.
  • Possess strong hands-on experience with Testim.io and expertise in automation tools like QTP, Selenium, JMeter, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and report QA test results, project tracking, and product release readiness.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading QA teams, defining Road Maps for Testing Activity, and driving thought leadership.
