Job Title: Product Delivery Manager

As a product delivery manager, you will shape technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the firm. This role is crucial in shaping the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate use case and requirements definition, design, testing, and implementation of new data assets and technology-driven capabilities.
  • Participate in domain-driven-design sessions with technical teams and architecture.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for customer domains to improve management, utility, and availability of customer data.
  • Author epics and stories, work with feature teams to refine requirements, design solutions, develop success criteria, and drive change required to deliver on business goals.
  • Identify areas for efficiency across data domains.
  • Profile, wrangle, and prepare data from diverse sources to support backlog refinement.
  • Create conceptual and logical models to describe particular domains.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience as lead product analyst or business analyst on customer data infrastructure-related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise driving Agile and scrum technology delivery.
  • Ability to proactively partner with business stakeholders and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions.
  • Must possess ability to research and resolve issues independently.
  • Self-motivated team player with advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of CCB business processes and customer data infrastructure.
  • Experience in project management: including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Thorough understanding of data structures, data manipulation, metadata, data security, and data quality management.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
