Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, conducting orientation programs, and providing regular feedback on employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit and select top talent for IT positions
  2. Design and deliver effective orientation programs for new employees
  3. Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
  4. Administer employee payroll, compensation, and benefits
  5. Facilitate communication between teams for project coordination
  6. Resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner
  7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and strategies
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee files and documents

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the IT sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software

Work Environment: This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and requires excellent communication and teamwork skills.
