About the Job
Head of Brand Marketing is a critical role that involves driving brand success through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling brands successfully.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our branding efforts, overseeing the creation, launch, and management of new brands and products.

About the Role:
  • Brand Strategy: Define and execute brand positioning and equity through market research and analysis.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the Creative Operations team to develop marketing collaterals and activities that effectively communicate brand messaging.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, ATL, BTL, and PR initiatives. They will also ensure brand consistency across all advertising, promotions, and communications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and execute brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand equity.
  2. Oversee the creation, launch, and management of new brands and products.
  3. Lead the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  4. Ensure brand consistency across all advertising, promotions, and communications.
  5. Collaborate with the Creative Operations team to develop marketing collaterals and activities.
  6. Define KPIs and brand performance metrics to track success and ROI.
  7. Oversee budgeting and allocation of brand marketing expenses.
  8. Foster a healthy working culture for the Brands team and responsible for hiring and managing talent.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Brand Management.
  • 8+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG, Retail, Tech, or Hospitality.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands successfully.
  • Strong brand storytelling and strategic thinking.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, PR, and campaign execution.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in consumer research and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Details:
