• Analyzing community growth and reporting on new initiatives effectiveness
• Collecting and distributing weekly social media metrics
• Reviewing and editing content for maximum visibility
• Collaborating with senior team members to enhance our online presence
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends through regular surveys
• Publishing daily updates on Facebook & Twitter accounts
• Engaging with our audience by responding to comments and @mentions

• Excellent communication and writing skills, proficient in multiple modes of communication
• Proficiency in social and web analytics preferred
