Job Overview

The role of a Visual Content Specialist involves creating captivating visual stories from campaign ideas, turning them into strong visual content that resonates with the target audience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for blending creativity with smart design choices.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working fast, improving with feedback, and collaborating closely with experts in content, paid media, email, and video.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape how the company connects with people through your designs. Your primary responsibilities will include designing pages using reusable layouts and tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, Instapage, and HubSpot, as well as creating social ad designs for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn (static and animated).

You will be responsible for building and improving design systems, templates, and reusable assets, while also supporting social content and campaigns. Additionally, you will work with developers and marketing teams to move fast and make things better.

Desired specifications for this role include strong skills in Figma—layouts, components, variants, libraries—and 3–5 years of experience in creative or marketing design. A portfolio that shows ads and pages that performed well is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Turn campaign ideas into strong visual stories—from static social ads to full landing page flows
  • Design pages using reusable layouts and tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, Instapage, and HubSpot
  • Create social ad designs for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn (static and animated)
  • Use good layout, color, and typography to make things clean, sharp, and effective
  • Build and improve design systems, templates, and reusable assets
  • Support social content and campaigns (Reels covers, thumbnails, carousels, memes — anything that moves)
  • Make internal decks and graphics with visible results
  • Work with developers and marketing teams to move fast and make things better

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong skills in Figma—layouts, components, variants, libraries
  • 3–5 years of experience in creative or marketing design
  • A portfolio that shows ads and pages that performed well
  • Understanding of what makes a design convert—page flow, CTAs, layout logic
  • Creative eye and sharp attention to detail
  • Experience with design tools like Framer, Webflow, Instapage, or HubSpot CMS
  • Easy to work with across teams—especially performance and content
  • Self-starter who can manage timelines and get work done without constant direction

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience with UK-based brands
  • Motion design skills (Canva/After Effects)
  • Tested and improved performance ads over time
