We're seeking a talented Automation Engineer to join our team and take the lead on streamlining and scaling our internal systems—starting with our QA and testing workflows and expanding to broader business automation initiatives. You'll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions that improve speed, reliability, and productivity across the company.

As an Automation Engineer, you'll play a key part in improving efficiency across the organisation—directly impacting our speed and quality of operation, reducing costs, and as a result, driving business growth. You'll work with a talented, multicultural team across three continents—getting inspired by diverse perspectives and ideas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Build robust software tools and scripts to automate repetitive engineering and business processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
  • Develop and Maintain Custom Automation Tools: Create and support internal applications that streamline data processing, reporting, and operational workflows across teams.
  • Integrate Automation Across Systems: Work with stakeholders to connect automation solutions with existing platforms and services, ensuring seamless data flow and process consistency.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Analyse current workflows to identify automation opportunities, then deliver practical solutions that address real business needs.
  • Scale Automation Initiatives: Standardise and document automation practices, enabling solutions to be adopted and maintained across multiple teams and departments.
