We are seeking a Marketing Associate to create engaging video content for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skin care and be skilled in producing high-quality video content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

The role involves creating educational and promotional videos that align with our brand and engage our target audience.

  • Develop a strategic content plan for social media platforms.
  • Create captivating video content.
  • Align video content with overall brand strategies.
  • Optimize video content for market trends and algorithms.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and social media.
  • Foster engagement with the community on social media platforms.

Responsibilities also include managing video production from concept to post-production, collaborating with affiliate marketers, and introducing our brand.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Demonstrated experience as a video content creator, preferably in the beauty and skin care industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality video content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Experience with social media platforms, particularly YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • A solid understanding of market trends and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

This is a fully remote position requiring strong self-discipline, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate with team members virtually to meet deadlines and achieve business goals.
