Job Title: Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist

This role involves leveraging expertise in Zoho One implementation to deliver enterprise-level solutions. A successful candidate will have experience with multiple Zoho apps and a strong ability to analyze complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoho Development
    • Write and optimize Deluge functions for automations, extending the capabilities of various Zoho apps.
    • Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator, integrating them seamlessly with other Zoho products.
    • Manage Blueprints, ensuring data integrity and implementing validations and automation hooks as needed.
  • API Integrations
    • Design and implement API integrations between Zoho and third-party systems, enhancing data synchronization and workflow efficiency.
    • Manage webhooks, OAuth tokens, and middleware functions, ensuring seamless interactions between different platforms.
    • Synchronize data across CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, and Inventory, providing a unified view of business operations.
  • Automation & Workflows
    • Create end-to-end automated workflows across Zoho apps, streamlining business processes and reducing manual errors.
    • Implement custom approval processes and escalation rules, ensuring that tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
    • Automate document generation using Writer, Sign, and WorkDrive APIs, enhancing productivity and reducing paperwork.
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Design custom modules and relational structures within Zoho apps, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
    • Maintain data migrations and backups, guaranteeing business continuity in case of system failures or data loss.
    • Build advanced reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics, providing insights into business performance and enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with project teams via Zoho Cliq, Projects, and WorkDrive, fostering open communication and collaboration.
    • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and testing, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business needs.
    • Provide technical documentation for developed functions and integrations, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding new team members.
    Requirements
    • Proven Experience in Zoho One implementation across multiple Zoho apps, with a focus on delivering enterprise-level solutions.
    • Strong Expertise in API Integration, including experience with Zoho apps and third-party applications.
    • Experience with Zoho Creator for building and embedding custom applications.
    • Proficiency in Deluge Scripting for workflow automation and data manipulation.
    • Understanding of Zoho CRM Customization, Automation, and Third-Party Integrations.
    • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to design and implement efficient solutions.
    • Ability to Work Independently and manage multiple Zoho implementation projects.
    • Excellent English Communication Skills for client interaction, documentation, and training.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
    • 3+ Years of Experience in Zoho Development and API Integrations.
    • Experience working with Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow is a plus.
    • Prior Experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Service Sector Zoho Implementations is an advantage.
