ROLE OVERVIEW

At SupportFinity™, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Operations Manager to oversee our distribution network and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing distributors and trade activities to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve desired volume and sales growth.
2. Enhance competitive visibility in stores through effective merchandising and display.
3. Collaborate with distributors and customers to execute operational plans and achieve joint business objectives.
4. Negotiate with customers to establish mutually beneficial business partnerships.
5. Plan and manage eRTM routes to optimize DSRs' time and increase productivity.
6. Support the digital transformation strategy for your territory by leveraging technology to drive business growth.
7. Monitor and analyze financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin.
8. Lead and develop an extended team, focusing on building talent and expertise.
9. Ensure accountability for achieving business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
10. Analyze post-execution data to redefine processes and improve efficiency.

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Demonstrate strong business acumen and financial management skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI tools.
4. Able to work actively in the field and engage with market stakeholders.
