Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing, with 1-2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing Paid Ads campaigns, as well as executing and optimizing LinkedIn Marketing campaigns. They will also conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Paid Ads campaigns
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn Marketing campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail, and Lead Generation
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad performance
  • Develop ad copies, visuals, and landing page strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Use A/B testing strategies to refine campaigns and improve ROI
  • Stay updated with platform changes and best practices in digital advertising
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and strategy teams to align marketing efforts with client goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing
  • Must have worked in a digital marketing agency environment
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEMrush
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines
