About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Market Research professional with a proven track record in data analytics and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team serving clients to ensure prompt delivery of services, meeting set operational performance indicators.
  • Adept in handling all stages of customized market research projects:
  • Project Life Cycle
    • Responding to RFPs or proposal design
    • Project launch
    • Questionnaire design
    • Presentation preparation and sharing insights with clients
    • Account management
    • Team management
    • Business development
  • Client Satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate, complete, and insightful client profiles to share with senior management.
    • Drive client satisfaction by providing actionable recommendations during presentations and value-added analyses.
  • Sales Activities
    • Undertake sales activities independently or with senior staff to prepare and deliver proposals and credentials.
  • Revenue Generation
    • Ensure required revenue generation from assigned client portfolios and proper contract costing to meet financial objectives.

Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Postgraduate or MBA from a well-known institution
  • At least 5 years' experience in data analytics and client servicing
  • Strong client focus and proactiveness
  • Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
  • Research techniques and methodologies
  • Proactive approach
  • Influence and persuasion skills
  • Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
