Job Title: Learning and Organizational Development Manager

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs and organizational development initiatives to support strategic goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge across various levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent management, performance management, change management, employee engagement, and DEIB.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in individual, team, and organizational performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&OD programs using metrics and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain learning resources, materials, and knowledge management systems.
  • Support the continuous improvement of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on L&OD related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in Learning and Development or Organizational Development.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful L&OD programs.
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the technology industry.

Tech Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and management learning theories.
  • Train the trainer and coaching principles.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
