Staff Software Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Software Engineer with a strong focus on Golang to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Golang and have good exposure in other relevant technologies such as Vue 3, Docker, Kubernetes, and Postgres. This role is critical for the development and maintenance of our robust applications and services.

This position requires a seasoned software engineer with a deep understanding of software development principles and practices. The successful candidate will be able to design and implement scalable backend services using Golang and will have experience working with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. They will also have a strong sense of ownership and be able to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design and implementation of applications.
  • Provide expert opinion and guidance on business & technical matters as a seasoned resource and principal developer in project teams.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities as and when required and encourage cohesion & team building.
  • Acts as a point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects.
  • Proactively plan and strategize with team on possible issues and suggest workable alternatives.
  • Mentors the other technical staff, assists them where needed and leads the effort in resolving technical challenges.
  • Guide and participate in recruiting best technical talent for the team.
