Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Emploiscareer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely submission of medical claims to insurance companies, reviewing and following up on unpaid or denied claims, communicating with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of claims and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Submit medical claims to insurance companies in a timely manner.
  2. Review and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure prompt resolution.
  3. Communicate effectively with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing disputes.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and payments.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require knowledge of medical billing software and insurance processes, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail and accuracy. Additionally, proficiency in medical terminology and coding guidelines is essential.
