The primary objective of this role is to provide technical support to customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to industrial automation equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver pre- and post-sales support services.
  • Document and report customer issues and solutions in a comprehensive manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking are necessary for resolving technical issues.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial automation equipment, including PLCs and SCADA systems, is required.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
