About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dairy Farm Manager/Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Sorobanc Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of a dairy farm based in Sindh province, with key responsibilities including efficient milking, maintaining highest hygiene standards, managing farm operations and finances, procuring and managing animal feed, keeping accurate records, overseeing reproduction strategies, ensuring optimal milk supply, and managing staff.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee timely and efficient milking, considering animal health
• Maintain highest hygiene standards
• Manage farm operations and finances
• Procure and manage animal feed
• Keep accurate records in both hardcopy and electronic formats
• Oversee reproduction strategies and farm growth
• Ensure optimal milk supply to clients, maintaining proper temperatures and chilling procedures
• Manage staff and be accountable for all activities at the farm
