Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding. They will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align visuals with campaign goals and brand identity. You will also be responsible for maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms and print media.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Create compelling visual assets that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1.5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Familiar with Figma or other UI/UX design tools (Figma is a plus).
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and print work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools.
  • Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
  • Photography and photo editing skills.
