As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with METRO standards.
  • Ensure implementation of food safety protocols, halal standards, and corporate standards in stores.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement training programs for QA, Operations, and Buying Departments.
  • Establish monitoring programs and labelling systems.
  • Collaborate with operations and QA teams to reduce quality-related losses.
  • Handle customer complaints, quality incidents, and crisis management.
  • Develop and manage document and data control systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
