Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an expert in network infrastructure to design and implement high-performance systems for digital assets. This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering and experience with Golang.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance API-based services using Golang, focusing on scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of APIs across the organization.
  • Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end feature tests and examples based on the API, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Support platform integration with exchanges, brokers, and OTC platforms, driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and quality-assured delivery.
  • Monitor and support all production system components, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Proven expertise in crypto and/or DeFi platforms, with a strong understanding of CeFi and DeFi ecosystems.
  • Financial Services experience, particularly on the Buy or Sell-Side.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing client-facing APIs, with a focus on usability and security.
  • Proficiency in Golang or other structured languages (C#, C++, Rust), with a strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Experience working in cloud and containerized environments, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, with a focus on optimizing system performance.
  • Excellent software design and debugging skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Proven ability to own outcomes and work effectively with others as required to deliver.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience building performant low-latency systems, with a focus on optimization techniques.
  • Performance testing distributed systems, with a focus on identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Messaging/streaming technologies, such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
  • Execution, order, or portfolio management systems, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Building monitoring dashboards using technologies like Prometheus and Grafana, to provide real-time insights into system performance.
