Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visibility coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

  1. In-Store Work Coordination: Coordinate in-store work activities to ensure smooth execution of visibility plans and timely completion of tasks.
  2. Asset Management: Develop and maintain a record of asset deployments, lift backs, and re-utilization of assets, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
  3. Modern Trade Playbook Adherence: Ensure adherence to the modern trade playbook to maintain uniformity in executions across channels.
  4. Visibility Partner Payments: Manage the end-to-end process of payments to visibility partners, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout.
  5. Category Budgeting: Collaborate with category teams to manage advertising and promotional budgets for in-store activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  6. Branding and Merchandising: Develop cost-effective and scalable branding and merchandising options for uplifting trade visibility, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  7. Ongoing Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects and update stakeholders on progress, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  8. Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with audit standards from PO raising to payment processing to vendors.
  9. Visibility Solutions Development: Collaborate with visibility partners to develop innovative and clutter-breaking visibility solutions, enhancing customer experience and driving business success.
  10. Competitor Activity Monitoring: Regularly track competitor activities and create dynamic reporting systems, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  11. Customized Solutions: Provide customized solutions where required in alignment with channels, meeting the unique needs of each business partner.
  12. Safety Standards Compliance: Ensure all structure productions and deployments by visibility partners adhere to safety standards.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration (BBA / MBA)

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
