Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our business operations and cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in project administration, business operations or similar roles. A bachelor's degree from a reputable university is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing and monitoring business projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Track deliverables, manage project timelines and support communication across departments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee proper archiving of project records.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of online marketplaces and platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and compliance teams to align offerings with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in risk assessments, documentation and regulatory reviews across product life cycles.
  • Manage communication and coordination with external vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in project management, project administration, business operations or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital business operations.
  • Familiarity with contract handling, compliance workflows and internal reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and project management software is a plus.
