About Video Editing Role

We're seeking a skilled video editor to craft captivating short-form content for social media platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to transform raw footage into engaging, high-converting videos that resonate with our target audience.

You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure every piece of content accurately reflects our brand and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and produce visually appealing portrait-style short videos (15–60 seconds) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Add dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and sound design to boost viewer retention and engagement.
  • Optimize videos for social media algorithms, focusing on hook-driven content that captures attention within the first 3 seconds.
  • Work with provided branding elements to maintain consistency and align with our visual identity.
  • Suggest innovative editing styles and concepts that incorporate AI automation and tech-driven marketing strategies.
  • Deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high production standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on trending formats, sounds, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience editing Instagram Reels, TikToks, or similar short-form content, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing tools, with a focus on efficiency and creativity.
  • Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and pacing, with the ability to adapt to changing audience preferences.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
