About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Premises Support Executive to join our team in Lahore. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice and assistance to customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Telephone Line Installation: Install and configure telephone lines for residential and commercial customers.
  2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with telephone lines, internet, and IPTV services.
  3. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
  • DAE Qualification: A degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering is required.
  • Age Limit: Must be under 35 years old.
  • Location: Based in Lahore, with the ability to commute or relocate.
