Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to expand our affiliate network.
  • Negotiate, onboard, and integrate new affiliates into our system.
  • Maintain regular communication with affiliates, analyzing their performance data to inform recommendations.
  • Develop targeted promotional campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech sector.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the fintech landscape.
  • Background in business development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing diverse communities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers is essential.
  • Fluency in Urdu and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
