  • Expertise in breaking down complex problems, documenting them clearly for stakeholders to understand and prioritize.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical colleagues, including development teams and BAs.
  • Experience working in agile environments and adapting to fast-paced organizations.
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies and ability to design efficient processes.
  • Significant understanding of big data projects and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Certified Product Owner (Scrum.org/Scrum Alliance) or SAFe Practitioner.
