CNC Training Expert

A CNC Training Expert is required to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our CNC Machine Diploma Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and a passion for training.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for the CNC Machine Diploma Program.
• Train students in CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance.
• Teach students how to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ensure students understand safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exams.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
• Manage CNC lab equipment and tools.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A diploma or degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC Lathe and Milling machining; prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A commitment to student success and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
