Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced legal practitioners to work as Legal Advisors on a per-case basis.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cases at Government College University Faisalabad, focusing on Supreme Court of Pakistan, Lahore High Court, and District Courts.
Requirements
  • A strong educational background in law, preferably an LLM from a HEC recognized Institution.
  • Enrollment as an Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years professional experience in High Court practice, with at least 3 years relevant experience dealing with Higher Educational Institutions matters.
Additional Requirements for Local Court Cases
  • LLB from any HEC recognized Institution is required.
  • Enrollment as an Advocate of High Court is necessary.
  • A minimum of 15 years professional experience in High Court practice, with at least 5 years relevant experience dealing with Higher Educational Institutions matters.
Terms and Conditions
  • The appointment shall be made on a case-to-case basis, adhering to the prescribed rates approved by the university.
  • Candidates with rich experience in dealing with University affairs and well-versed with University Rules & Regulations will be given preference.
  • A committee constituted by the Vice Chancellor will assess and recommend a panel of candidates based on their professional credentials.
  • The university reserves the right to not recommend or consider any application without assigning a reason.
Selection Process
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Prefence will be given to highly qualified candidates.
  • The university is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse in courier agency or post office communication.
  • No TA/DA is admissible when called for an interview.
