Social Media Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, grows our online presence, and fosters a strong community around our brand.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including creating and scheduling engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and providing recommendations for improvement. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar tailored to our target audience.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with design and academic teams for campaign assets and educational content.
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing skills with a creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.).
  • Experience working with edtech or educational brands.
