The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff attendance and punctuality, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Responsible for running the attendance and punctuality system across the entire Jalal Sons staff.
- Ensure all staff adhere to leave, attendance, and punctuality policies.
- Review monthly attendance reports and submit them to the accounts department for payroll purposes.
- Ensure regular maintenance of equipment, appliances, and buildings. Address any issues promptly by contacting vendors and resolving problems under supervision.
- Serve as the primary liaison person for new building or floor constructions, overseeing arrangements, quotations, and supervision.
- Administer legally required staff benefits, including EOB and social security, and handle these government departments directly.
- Handle all office purchases on a monthly basis after receiving requisition slips from staff.
- Manage administrative emergencies, including theft cases, staff emergencies, electricity failures, and police station matters independently.
- Secure and monitor premises using CCTV when necessary and conduct regular branch visits.
- Provide guidance, advice, and counsel to security staff to enhance security measures.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security program, including training for security guards at each branch.
