Job Overview
Hybrid Trucking is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of Hybrid Trucking's products or services.
- Quota Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets as outlined by management, developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales revenue.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, providing feedback on product/service improvements based on market insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum Inter and Bachelor's degree preferred, with proven experience in sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, results-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
Working Conditions
Sales Executives may need to work flexible hours, attend client meetings, and travel as required. The role may involve a combination of office and fieldwork.
